For 6 weeks now I have been the driver of the Coriandr Express train, a group promotion by 20 sellers from the Coriandr market place site. We are hoping our little train will increase peoples awareness of the Coriandr site and of each of our shops on the site. To spread the word about the train I thought today I'd pick out some items from our Jewellers riding on the Coriandr Express to share with you. Remember to check through their shops for more pieces.CeeGee Jewellery created this piece from a stunningly beautiful lampwork bead. The swirls, bubbles and colour combinations draw you in to look more closely. It almost looks like there is a whole other universe in this one bead.
Lej Jewellery has created a necklace with a real vintage feel to it. The cream and brown cameo is so pretty. I love the young ladies hair style. The chain which the pendant hangs on suits it perfectly and is accented with small lilac glass pearls which make it seem even more sumptuous
Sweet Treat quite obviously has a passion for beads and colour. Her shop is full of beautifully beaded items. I picked the necklace above to show you because of the blue floral cloisonne bead. The technique they use to make these enamel beads is amazing especially when you think about how tiny the bead is.
Kitty Ballistic made these beautiful blown glass beads earrings. The spirals in the glass are really attractive. I like the simplicity of them. They are so Elegant. They would look great with a very posh frock or equally so with jeans and a T-shirt.
Debbs Elliman fuses glass to make pretty pendants, brooches, buttons and cuff links. This black and gold pendant really makes great use of the contrast of the strong colours and the shine of the glass and the satin sheen of the gold. It's very striking.
If you are looking for Jewellery check out the range of handcrafted jewellery you can find on Coriandr, there is a great mixture to choose from.

Kitty Cuteness.
We have a new VIP rider on the Coriandr Express, Kitty Ballistic and her goods are gorgeous as you will see, but before we get onto that I thought I would share with you a picture of our naughty cat. This is Weapon X and he refuses to drink water from a bowl, he will only drink from a running tap. Yes, he is a pain in the butt, but we love him dearly.
Lets start in Kitty Ballistics' shop with her banner girl, Christine the Aubergine, and a finer felt vegetable you would be hard pressed to find. Isn't she gorgeous!
But Kitty doesn't just make felt food, oh no. She also makes stunningly beautiful Jewellery and these earrings are a good example. I love the vibrant red colour with the accent silver. Very stylish.
Anyone for calorie free doughnut? You can have this one and never fear breaking your diet. The icing looks real, but I'm assured that it isn't, so this Doughnut will never go stale either!
Kitty's love of beads shows through in this pretty bag charm. The Purple colour, as regular readers will know, caught my eye , as it's one of my all time favourite colours.
Lets finish off today with this cute rainbow heart pendant. Wearing this is sure to cheer up every one's day.
Go over to Kitty Ballistics' shop and see for your self just how chock full of great goods her shop is. All are lovingly hand made, all are stunningly gorgeous!

Coriandr Express VIP
The VIP on the Coriandr Express today is Julie Mills of Handmaid, a creator of scarves, purses & knitted goods. It is clear that Julie loves fabrics and takes time in searching for, or creating fabrics to use in her work. There is a strong Bird theme running through her shop at the moment. As you can see from the pretty pieces below.

This cute little purse is made of hand printed fabric to match the scarf.

Coriandr Express Weekly Round up.
This week was the first of 10 weeks of the Coriandr Express Promotions train. The aim of this train is to showcase the beautiful work of people that sell through the Coriandr handmade market place. Each member of the train will have 3 days of being the VIP on the Coriandr Express and on those days all the other passengers on the train will spread the word and show off the work of that VIP.
